AMENDMENTS 
1. Set the interest rate at eighteen percent(18%) per annum for delinquent accounts . Passed

 2. Authorize the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to recoup costs and attorneys' fees to remedy violations and the Owner to recoup same if he/she shall prevail against the ACC.  Passed 

3. Authorize the Board of Directors to adopt Rules and Regulations consistent with the Covenants.  Passed
